Red Carpet Results
This process typically means we’re working with you for a year or two. We’ll begin by assessing your current state and creating a vision for your customer/employee experience. We’ll then build customized tools to aid you in communicating that vision. The next step is to deliver leadership training and a train-the-trainer program so your team can learn the skills needed to execute your vision consistently. Then we’ll drive the process with online training and continuous implementation coaching. Depending on your goals, you can expect to see improved employee engagement, increased customer satisfaction scores, better online reviews, shorter sales cycles and more!
The “Treat Your Customers Like STARS” Program
You know it’s time to take your customer and employee experience up to the next great level, but you want more than just a training program. You’ve tried training program in the past and they’ve had mixed results. You’re tired of the flavor of the month! You know it’s going to take more than just customer service training to build a culture that is sustainable. It will take both a commitment on the part of leadership, as well as engagement from the people in the trenches – both front of the house and heart of the house. You’re ready to make that commitment. However, you are looking for something a little lighter on the budget than a fully customized program.

Red Carpet Results
This program is similar to the “Over the Velvet Rope” program, except without the customization. Instead of building customized tools for your company, we’ll use our Red Carpet Customer Service training program. You’ll work with us for approximately a year. You’ll receive leadership training, a train-the-training program, online training and implementation coaching to help you build a sustainable culture. Your team will learn to treat customers like STARS and, depending on your goals, you can expect to see increased employee engagement, better service scores, shorter sales cycles and more!!
The “Do It Yourself – with Help” Program
You are excited! You want to take your customer and employee experience to the next great level, and you know your leadership team is ready to keep their eyes on the prize. You will take the tools and curriculum we provide and run with them with minimal hand-holding. Or you may want to dive deeply into what it takes to build a sustainable service culture and treat your customers like STARS, but you’re not ready to allot the financial resources to work with us one-on-one as described in the options above. At the same time, you know the know the longer you wait to improve the customer and employee experience, the more it will cost you. So you’re looking for a “Do It Yourself” program with a little help from Team Red Carpet!

Red Carpet Results
This is a self-study course. However, we do our best to support you in your efforts. You’ll receive our Treat Your Customers Like STARS training kit, and be invited to send people to our Red Carpet Leadership Conference and our Train-the-Trainer Program. A Red Carpet STAR Facilitator will provide a kick-off presentation at your location and you’ll receive our online leadership curriculum. You’ll be supported by monthly calls with our Implementation Coach to help keep you on track. Results, as with any program, will depend on how well you work it. In this option, you take on even more responsibility for your own results. However, if you follow the Red Carpet Recommendations you can see improved employee engagement, higher service scores, rave reviews and more.
The “Get Red Carpet Ready” Program
You know you want to build a service culture, but you’re not sure where to start. Perhaps you aren’t 100% ready to make a commitment to a full program, but you know you want to explore the idea. Or, maybe you know you want to spend the time to transform your customer experience, but you’re not sure you have the time to focus on it right now. At the same time, you know it’s important so you want to get started at least.

We’ll leave you with recommended service standards and a very specific ACTION plan for moving forward, whether or not you continue to work with us.
