Congratulations to our new class of Red-Carpet Customer Service Train-the-Trainer Ambassadors. What a group we had! These fantastic ambassadors of #theRedCarpetWay are excited and ready to go back to their companies and roll out the Treat Your Customers Like STARS program for the rest of their team.
We spent 3-full days together and by the end of it, 10 strangers from both coasts and a few places in between were supporting each other like old friends. Already I’m getting emails from them about actions they’ve taken as a result of the time we spent together. They will be thrilled with the results! They will see workplace silos breaking down, service behaviors becoming more consistent, and team members getting excited about their mission and vision for service.
