WHAT I DO AT RED-CARPET LEARNING SYSTEMS:
I lead an amazing cast who work with our awesome customers to help them create customer service success stories. I keep the cast inspired and on task, and I also do some keynote speaking, training, writing, media, and business and product development.
HOW I LEARNED TO DO WHAT I DO:
My degree is in theatre arts and I had some success in my last place of employment with helping to increase employee retention. Those things combined led the way to a successful speaking career. The rest has been learned through research, work with our amazing customers, and being in-the-trenches. I am the author of two books with more to come. I’ve spoken in 45 of the 50 United States, with only Rhode Island, Wyoming, Delaware, Utah and Hawaii left to go. (We’re waiting for their call!)
I love award shows and got to sit on the bleachers on the “mother-of-all-red-carpets” at the 2012 Academy Awards!
