Mostly Client Management and Logistics. Making sure everyone is delighted by our service! I’m our customer’s best friend and get them what they need.
A CUSTOMER SERVICE MOMENT I REALLY LIKED:
Hmmmm….I was working at a restaurant and we were out of baked potatoes. The lady at my table really wanted one and was so disappointed, so I ordered one from the restaurant next door, picked it up and put it on her plate (from my restaurant). I told her all of this and she was stunned that I went out of my way to make her happy.
