We are planning to host some events in Asheville, North Carolina, beginning with our Red Carpet Customer Service Train-the-Trainer program this April! So, I thought it might be a great idea to introduce you to our neck of the woods.
Red-Carpet Learning Systems, Inc. is based out of Asheville, which is a vibrant, creative city nestled in the Blue Ridge and Smoky Mountains. My husband and I moved here in 2010 from Tampa Bay, Florida and have not looked back. Our Director of Delight, Beth Johnson and our Queen of Visibility also live in neighboring towns, right in Western North Carolina.
Everywhere I go people ask me about Asheville, tell me they are planning to visit, or that it’s on their bucket list. Asheville has been on many “best places to visit” and “worlds best cities” lists in the past few years.
I love so much about our new home that I’d be writing this post for days! So, instead, I’ll write a weekly post, with some help from my team, entitled:
What We Love About Asheville
We’ll share some of our favorites when it comes to:
- Restaurants
- Theatre
- Attractions
- Outdoor Activities
- Shopping
- The Arts
- Festivals
- General Weirdness
- More
We’ll talk Buskers, Bookstores and the Biltmore! We’ll give you restaurant recommendations, theatre reviews and share places to shop. We’ll immerse you in the arts, take you to our favorite hiking trails, and even to the salt cave that movie stars have enjoyed while here.
We hope that someday you’ll join us in Asheville so you can see for yourself.
