I’ve got a new book coming out! 501 Ways to Roll Out the Red for Your Customers: Easy-to-Implement Ideas to Inspire Loyalty, Get New Customers, and Leave a Lasting Impression is being published by Career Press and will be released in December, 2015. I’m so excited to share this book with you. The featured companies such as Celebration Cinema, Mather Life Ways, Ruby Receptionists, and High Point University (and many, many more) are inspiring, and the ideas are tactical and practical!
The customer service book is written, the editor is done with it, and it is now being typeset. Soon I’ll be sitting down to my final author read-through and it will go to print.
